We offer various opportunities, including full-time, part-time, permanent, and temporary positions, with competitive compensation!
Job Locations: Prince George's area for DAY SHIFTS, Monday-Friday. We also offer Backup Care, a flexible fill-in option where you'll work with multiple families. Shift times are typically 9 AM to 5 or 6 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with our clients, engage in meaningful conversation, and provide companionship
- Organize and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, focusing on fine/gross motor skills
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Handle diaper changes
- Plan and execute indoor/outdoor activities
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to help with necessary tasks
Requirements:
- 3 years of formal childcare experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with infants
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED
- First Aid and CPR Training
- Three excellent references
